With over 10 years of experience, Mike has worked exclusively on office and industrial real estate on behalf of users and owners. Focused on the 128 North and Route 3 North submarkets, Mike has completed over 1 million square feet of leasing transactions and over $20M in property sales.

Before his time at RWH, Mike worked in provider relations at Tufts Health Plan and residential leasing in Boston. Mike is a 2012 graduate of St. Michael’s College in Vermont and has been working in real estate ever since.

In addition to his work at R.W Holmes, Mike coaches girls’ hockey at Newton Country Day School and sits on the Woburn Chamber of Commerce board of directors. Mike is a native of Woburn and currently resides in Burlington.
