Health Fair – Winter Wellness Wrap-Up: Thanks for Making Our Health Fair a Huge Success!
We’re still basking in the warm glow of a successful Winter Health Fair, generously sponsored by Best Fitness, Woburn! On January 12th, our community came together for an inspiring day of wellness, fitness, and fun. With 30 incredible vendors showcasing their services and products, attendees were treated to an immersive experience that went beyond the typical health fair. As a special thank you, participants received a complimentary bag upon arrival, which they filled with goodies from our generous vendors. Our demo fitness classes, led by Health and Wellness leaders, gave spectators a taste of the exciting options available in our community. Prizes were awarded, including two fabulous health baskets filled with yoga mats, water bottles, and healthy snacks, provided by the Woburn Chamber.
We’re especially grateful to our incredible vendors, including Atlantic Chiropractic, Best Fitness Woburn, Body Mind Systems and Human Harmonies, and 27 others (see list below), for their time, expertise, and enthusiasm. A huge thanks to our fitness leaders, Angela Bartlett-Burgos, Peter Casey-Geist, Rich Holleran, Kris Fabbri, Christine Giancola, Jackie McCarthy, Jill Siverhus, and Stephanie K, for sharing their knowledge and passion. We also appreciate the tireless efforts of our teen volunteers, who earned their YES hours while spreading joy and making connections. And, a special shout-out to Connor’s Kindness Project for providing a wonderful Kids’ Corner, filled with coloring stations, games, and fun activities.
The response has been overwhelming, with many attendees expressing enthusiasm for our community coming together to support each other’s health and well-being. As a result, we’ve already received numerous requests to host two Health Fairs per year – stay tuned for more updates!
