If you are unfamiliar with it- here is a little bit about Pilates. Pilates is a low impact, low intensity, full body workout system designed to correct the body from the core out. We work on core strength, mobility, posture, muscle tone, muscular strength and endurance, abdominal reconstruction, pelvic floor stability and strengthening, flexibility, weight loss, corrective exercise, injury recovery and prevention, post natal recovery, mind body connection- and so much more.
