The Woburn Public Media Center, Waste Management and Woburn Memorial High School’s “Green Team” recently partnered to create a Public Service Announcement to help educate students and residents about recycling.  The goal of the project is to help educate students about what should and should not be recycled in the school cafeteria. Believe it or not, everything with a recycle symbol is not recyclable in the city. The Green Team has made great strides in “greening up” the high school’s cafeteria.

The PSA will be shown on the city’s cable access channel as well as the school’s rolling announcements. This partnership between public and private is a great example of how business can benefit community. Please take a moment to see what the students created.
