Meet the owner, Beth Gaudette
As a teenager, I had really bad cystic acne. Nothing seemed to work so I decided to go to cosmetology school and figure out a way to clear my own skin. Once I did that, I realized I wanted to prevent others from going through the physical and emotional pain I went through. I also became vegetarian 30 years ago and that is when I started looking into organics and healthier alternatives since I also was a licensed cosmetologist. I became vegan about 20 years ago which is also when I became a mom. Wanting to create a healthier world for my daughter was really the impetus in starting a healthier spa alternative. As they say, when you know better- you do better. I wanted to show customers that being green did not have to look like a campsite and that organic products were just as fabulous if not more so.
