Dear Woburn Chamber of Commerce Member,
I am writing you on behalf of the Woburn Kiwanis Club and some of our upcoming events. Woburn Kiwanis is made up mostly of business owners who work or live in Woburn. We give time and money in order to donate to the youth of Woburn, surrounding communities and lastly to Kiwanis International that runs program for the youth of the world. A few examples of who we serve are the Woburn Boys and Girls Club, Woburn High School and Northeast Regional High School scholarship funds, Woburn Council of Social Concern, Hospice Care, Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Institute (KPTI) at the New England Medical Center, Woburn H.S. Academic Awards Banquet and our own Terrific Kid Program, Best Buddies, The Builders Club and the Key Club. We have sponsored many local sports teams and have donated to specific requests based on need.
Two events you could help with are Flag Day and our annual Golf Tournament.
This year, as in the past, we will be publishing a supplement to the Woburn Daily Times that will run a few days prior to the event. While we realize that many businesses may be feeling the pinch financially, we are hopeful that you will purchase an ad, which will help the local charities named above and provide great exposure for your business.

Golf Tournament on 7/27 at the Woburn Country Club. There are several ways to get involved: Submit a foursome or play as an individual. Sponsor a Hole or you can Sponsor Breakfast, Lunch or dinner.
Here is a breakdown costs and benefits included.
- Dinner Sponsor $2,000/2 foursomes with lunch and dinner signage on course and at dinner
- Lunch $1,000 1 foursome with lunch and dinner signage on course and at lunch
- Breakfast $ 500 1 twosome with breakfast and lunch signage on the course and at
Breakfast
- Foursome $500 4 players morning or afternoon Flight
- Individual Player $125 morning or afternoon flight
- Hole Sponsor $100 Signage on one of the holes on the course
