On April 1, 2019, Flip The Bird owners, Torie and Anthony, launched the very first Flip The Bird in Beverly, MA. That’s right, FTB is a locally-owned business that was born in the North Shore of MA! Unlike how jokes usually go on April Fools Day, it quickly became clear that Flip The Bird was no joke! Flip The Bird is more than just a fried chicken sandwich joint. Quality is what drives us; it is at the core of our brand. Did we mention that everything we put out from our kitchen is fresh, homemade, and made to order? When opening Flip The Bird, we wanted to keep our menu simple so that every item had a chance in the spotlight. The simplicity of our menu allows us to focus on each item to make it perfectly unique with an abundance of flavor. Some of our most popular menu items include our classic: The O.G.: fried chicken with our homemade buttermilk ranch dressing and half-sour pickles; the “Nashville Hot,” which is perfect for those seeking a hint of heat; our deliciously creamy frappes made using Richardson’s ice cream, which feature rotating fun seasonal flavor combos; BBQ baby back ribs that are fall off the bone good; and buttermilk biscuits that are baked from scratch daily. We also have many substitute options for those with dietary restrictions, as well as delicious salads, and plenty options for the kids! Our mission is to provide every Flip The Bird customer with homemade comfort food by using top quality ingredients, and delivering classic southern-style hospitality to create an atmosphere of good vibes. FTB Woburn will operate as the other restaurants, hours of operation being 11AM – 9PM 7 days a week, and is available for online ordering, catering, takeout, and dine-in.
